Yes! in fact, it's a great way for you to learn about exercise and fitness, as you'll have someone knowledgeable teaching you right from the start!

Not if you don't want to! An important goal for us is that you're comfortable. That means if you prefer to workout outside, we'll set up a plan for you. We also provide online consultations for at home workouts. Residents of Lake County can attend our private studio in Leesburg Florida.

It all depends on you! We'll go at your pace to reach your goals. How fast we do that depends on the time and effort you put in! 

Of course not! We have many tools at our disposal but we will only deploy the ones that drive and motivate you. Also, keep in mind that meditation might not look the way you think it does and openness can be a powerful tool on its own. At the end of the day , however, you are always in charge of the approach we take for you.

Destiny has been a certified personal trainer for two years and employed with a national health club for 3 years. Her qualifications also include health club management and a gainfully employed life coach in California with a focus on mindset and meditation. She and Stephen are both actively pursuing nutrition certifications through different reputable institutes. Until those certifications are complete, nutrition guidance will be offered in a much more limited capacity.
